If you have routing issues to the Lazery Attack servers that you would like fixed I will need the following information:

1) The start time of the problem (As accurate as possible).
2) Whether it is occuring now, or is intermittent.
3) A tracert from you to mask.lazeryattack.com.
4) Your IP address so that I can trace from the server back to you.

There are a selection of ways that you can send the information to me. The best option is send a mail to support@lazeryattack.com. You can also send me a PM (http://forum.lazeryattack.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=1) through the forums, or even make a post here (I would suggest not making a post here though as you will exposing your IP to everybody and that could be a security risk). Finally you can PM me on irc (I am usually on Quakenet) but this is the least desirable method as I may not get your message if i'm away when you send it to me.

Insructions to take a tracert:
(These instructions are for windows XP specifically)

1) Press Windows Key + R
2) Type cmd
3) Press Return (This will open a DOS window)
4) Type tracert mask.lazeryattack.com
5) Wait for Tracert to finish
6) Right click on DOS window and select mark
7) Hold down left mouse button and drag mouse accross the information displayed so that it is all highlighted
8) Let go of Left Mouse button and click the Right Mouse button (This will copy the highlighted area to the clipboard.
9) Paste tracert information into an e-mail/PM to me

I'm afraid I would need some more information before I can give you anything resembling an accurate answer.

Where do you see this error message?
Are you able to get a tracert to the Lazery Attack servers using the instructions above? (If so please paste it)
Can you factory reset your router? (This will reset it to default settings and may fix any routing issues that you have)
