ftp login problems

Guys, my trial version of Smart FTP runs out soon, and filezilla was corrupting files, so I'm trying winSCP, but I can't log in.

See attachment. Returned error below.

I have attached screenshots that should get you up and running.

In the dropdown box next to the file protocol you need to select "TLS Explicit encryption"

On the Connection tab you need to select "Passive mode"
