vote and ready percent

Hi. Your servers just need a small fine tuning before being close to perfect :)

match_readypercent should be 100, as it really sux how it's atm where 4-5 ppl can start a 4v4.

vote_percent should be 51, as for some reason it only takes a single no-vote to cancel the vote.

Hmm thought i'd changed this the other day... I guess I need to go through the box, find any old configs and delete them all and make sure the new ones are being used instead.

I'll post back when I have done it so you can shout at me again if its not working.

Forgot to post back, but this should be working correctly now.

Yes it was fine for a while, but now it is weird again. Don't know what vote_percent is set to atm, but it seems like 2 negative votes are enough even if there are 6 positive. vote_percent should be 51, letting majority rule.
