I would just like to say a quick thankyou to Mark for all of his excellent help!
I would also like to say to anyone else considering buying a server from Lazeryattack.com that its well worth doing. I've been around a fair few hosting companies before (5 different well known ones from what i remember; probably more).
Out of all of these server companies I have always had various problems, ranging from not being able to contact anyone for days; to poor reg on the servers.
The staff at Lazeryattack are always very helpful, and guide you through every-step of the way, there is always some-one on mIrc and if you email them they have pretty speedy responses compared to alot of the better known companies.
The staff always strive to help you as much as possible; even going out of their way to make sure everything is running fine for you;
for example..
Whilst setting up one of the 3 servers I now have with lazeryattack i came across a problem with the server not having lag, but being jolty for every player that was on it. I messaged Mark with my problem and within a couple of hours he had got back to me after looking through all my configuration files for the server and had solved my problem.
Now he didnt have to make check all my config files; as im absolutely positive none of the other server providers would have. But he did, and he came up with a solution.
All i can say well done, keep your customer service levels up like this and with servers like yours im sure you'll get flying ahead in this market!
